This course covers the basic compliance principles related to the interactions with HCPs for the pharmaceutical industry, including fair balance requirements, responding to off-label questions, drug sampling activity as well as the transfer and disclosure of items of value provided. The training will also provide a history of labeling requirements as well as review the FDA drug approval process.
