Oregon PLE – Food and Drug Administration Marketing and Labeling Laws

This Course will reinforce that promotion and marketing efforts by pharmaceutical detailers are required to be informative and accurate, not false or misleading and within the FDA approved indication(s). The training will also provide a history of labeling requirements as well as review the FDA drug approval process.
