This course will provide important background information related to the regulatory agencies that regulate and oversee how controlled substances are managed as well as to raise awareness as to the abuse regarding controlled substances and what can and is being done to combat such abuse. The training will also provide a history of labeling requirements as well as review the FDA drug approval process.
